The Mill House

The Brief

To dress a show flat for a local developer to showcase an example of the style and finish of their 42 properties in a renovated flour mill, originally built in the 1840s. The brief was to create an “awesome and memorable” interior suitable for different demographics.

The Solution

An industrial scheme gave a nod to the history of the building. The use of large mirrors created a sense of space and height within a relatively small footprint. Impactful lighting added drama, and a limited colour palette ensured continuity throughout the open plan space.
