Victorian Villa

The Brief

To undertake a total house renovation for a young and growing family of six, in a Victorian property untouched since the seventies. The overall budget covered installation of a new bathroom and kitchen and refurbishment of all walls and flooring, along with furniture and accessories throughout.

The Solution

Contrasting light and dark paint finishes and use of accent walls brought the space back to life. A new mid-cost kitchen with granite and stone finishes, and a period style bathroom were fulfilled. Clever use of old and new furnishings added texture and interest, were both family friendly and in keeping with the home.
